Rob DeClark, MSW, BSW, is the General Manager of Resilient Health Inc. In this role, Rob serves as the team lead for care management, client satisfaction, and program development and implementation. Our clinic benefits immensely from Mr. Declark’s vision and commitment, as
he is a highly respected leader in the field of mental health and addiction in Western Canada, and has worked in the field for over 27 years. Rob earned his Bachelor of Social Work from University College of the Cariboo (2004) and his Master of Social Work from Carleton
University (2006), and has led the development of treatment programs, led the opening of treatment centers, and been the director of multiple treatment centers.
In 2006, Rob joined the founding team at Cedars at Cobble Hill treatment center, where he spent 11 years, ultimately serving as Vice President of Clinical Services. In 2017, he was recruited by Homewood Health to develop and open Homewood Ravensview, where he deepened his
expertise in concurrent disorders and trauma-informed care, and led a treatment center for complex and concurrent mental health and addiction clients. In 2023, Rob opened The Healing Institute at Forbidden Plateau an inpatient facility in Comox, BC.
Throughout his career, Rob has worked closely with government agencies and community organizations to improve access to recovery, and helped co-develop the Talk Today program in partnership with the BCHL and CMHA, supporting mental health in hockey. He also served as assistant coach for the Cowichan Valley Capitals from 2010 to 2015.
What Rob is most proud of is his commitment to building healthy staff cultures—creating workplaces where mental health professionals thrive rather than burn out. He brings this leadership and vision to every organization he partners with.
